It
is powerful tool for those who are on the move
and who do not own a phone.
This service allows customers to make a call
from any tone telephone in the networks of Delhi
and Mumbai to any destination - local, national
or international even if the telephone from
where the call is made is without STD facility.

From where to buy Virtual Cards
VCC cards can be purchased from any area / Sub-area customer service centers, MTNL's Sanchar Haat or from the marketing distributors/agents appointed by MTNL. .
About the VCC Card

Card
Number :
Card number used in dialing is a 10-digit number (CONFIDENTIAL) printed on the
card and becomes visible when the card is scratched.
|
| 2. |
PSN
Number :
PSN is a number printed on the face of VCC card and Location refers to the site/terminal from which the
card has been printed. Presently, for VCC cards in Delhi, the location is printed as DELHI,
PSN and Location are to be used for any correspondence regarding VCC service like complaints etc.

Valid
upto :
It is the date upto which the VCC card is valid. Therefore, the card can be used till either fully exhausting the limit or the expiry date whichever is earlier.The expiry periods for VCC cards is

handset and listen to the dial tone. |

access code 160211 and wait for the announcement. |

the announcement "Please dial your card number". |

on your telephone and then dial the 10 digit card number. Button with
* is generally available on the
left of 0 button. |

Wait for
the announcement " Your current card limit is (amount).
Please dial the destination number. |

destination number. |

Notes
1. Every time you make a
call, your credit balance will be announced.
2. Call is charged to your 'Virtual Card number' account and not to the telephone from where you make the call.
3. The fee per unit pulse is Re. 1.00. The call unit (pulses)
will be as per the existing rules applicable for local, STD and ISD
calls.

Reduced call charges: The Call charges for VCC cards have been reduced from Rs 1.10 per unit earlier, to Rs 1.00 per unit.
