to book : Dial

When IVRS Machine
answers, follow instructions and give the following particulars.
* Number to be called with STD code.
* Priority of call
- Ordinary/ Urgent/
Lightning
Note :
*
Urgent call is charged twice of the ordinary rate + Rs. 5/-.
*
Lightning call is charged eight times of ordinary rate + Rs. 5/-.
*
Priority of the call can not be changed.

If
the ordinary call is cancelled voluntarily within an hour of its booking
time it is charged Rs. 5/-(Five
rupees).

If the urgent call is
cancelled voluntarily within 30 minutes of its booking time it is charged Rs.
5/-(Five rupees).

If
the lightning call is cancelled voluntarily within 15 minutes of its booking
time it is charged Rs. 5/-(Five rupees).
-
There is no charge if
call is cancelled beyond the prescribed time as above.

How
to book :
Dial 1589
When
the operator answers, give the following particulars-

Numbers to be called with alternate numbers, if any.
·
Extension number in case of PBX/PABX.
·
Station to be called with
name of state if necessary.
·
Particulars person’s name or an alternate name, only in case of PP
call.

Priority of call - Ordinary/
Urgent/ Lightning
Note
:
* Urgent call is charged twice of the ordinary rate + Rs.
5/-.

Lightning call is charged eight times of ordinary rate + Rs. 5/-.
Priority of the call can be
lowered by the customer if the call does become effective within 15 minutes of
its booking.

after 15 minutes of booking is available.

If the ordinary call is
cancelled voluntarily within an hour of its booking time it
is charged Rs. 5/-(Five rupees).
·
If the urgent call is cancelled voluntarily within 30 minutes of its
booking time it is charged Rs. 5/-(Five rupees).
·
If the lightning call is cancelled voluntarily within 15 minutes of its
booking time it is charged Rs. 5/-(Five rupees).
·
There is no charge if call is cancelled beyond the prescribed time as
above.

For lightning call- Change of priority.

How to book : Dial

·
RTC calls are booked under URGENT
category only.
·
50 % of the ordinary Trunk
Call charges charged extra for Reserve Time call.
·
PP facility is not available
on RTC call.
·
Once booked, category of the
call can not be changed except when the call could not materialize with in 15
minutes of the prescribed time.
·
If RTC calls are cancelled 30
minutes before the required time, Rs.5/- will be charged.
·
When a RTC call is not set up
with in 15 minutes of the prescribed time, the caller will have the option to
cancel the call without any charge or to accept it as a non-RTC call.
·
If the call is ineffective
due to any reason such as called number wrongly given by caller, caller refuses
to talk or no responsible person available etc.
1 minute charge based on
pulse applicable at the time of maturity plus Rs.5/- will be charged.
