Get Instant Internet account renewed

We now introduce the Instant Internet renewal service for a minimum 100 hours. This means no standing in cues, no filling forms… just buy a renewal CD and get logged on to the Net. Incredible, isn't it? But true, for we strive to make life easier for you.

The CD package comes with a telephone shaped CD and a scratch card, Key Password, so no one can use your CD other than you. This CD is available at select MTNL outlets for 100 hrs at Rs. 500 plus 8% Service Tax.

Installation Procedure

To Renew MTNL Internet account you should have following items readily available with you.
1. Windows 95/98 CD
2. MTNL Telephone shaped CD
3. Customer Key Card - Scratch off the silver screen and 20 digit Customer Key should be clearly visible to you.
4. Ensure that your Desktop screen is having a resolution of 800 x 600 or higher.
Insert the Telephone shaped CD in the CD drive of your machine, enable auto run or else double click index.htm to run the CD
If the animation does not open please install flash plug-in by double clicking "\plugins\ieflash.exe" for Netscape.
Please Note if your MTNL's Account has expired, install the MTNL's dialer (if required )and proceed with the renewal. You can use Username as guest and Password as sysop0506.
