to Garuda
MTNL
brings to its esteemed customers New Garuda 1x WLL
Mobile/Fixed Wireless Service, with excellent coverage
and voice quality. Garuda is the most affordable
Mobile/Fixed Wireless Service in Delhi, working on the
latest CDMA 1x technology with features of superior
voice clarity, data connectivity upto 144 Kbps and
various phone plus facilities. You can choose a tariff
package that fits your usage and budget and access a
range of value added services.
“Garuda”
comes in following three connection types:-
1) Garuda Mobile
2) Garuda Fixed
Wireless (FWP/FWT)
3) Garuda RUIM (also
known as SIM)
Each
of these connection types has two contract
types (i.e Postpaid and Prepaid). The
following table gives a summary of Levels being offered

The
Garuda Mobile Service is available in two contract types
viz. Postpaid and Prepaid MTNL provides subscriber a
choice between three Mobile handsets:-
Curitel CX 858(with Camera and internet),
Hisense C677 (with internet) and
Huawei C300 (without Internet)
All
of these handsets are CDMA-1x technology based.

Fixed Wireless (FWP/FWT)
The
Fixed Wireless Service is available in in two contract
types Postpaid and Prepaid PCO.MTNL provides subscriber
a choice between two FWP and two FWT handsets:-

Where
and How to apply
Garuda 1x WLL Mobile/Fixed Wireless connection can be
booked at any of the Sanchar Haats (Click
here) by applying on the prescribed
Application form available free of cost. This form can
also be downloaded from MTNL’s Website (Click here).
Customer is required to bring

by Gazetted officer

Photocopy of Identity proof along with original OR

Card
In
case of Proprietorship firm, following documents are
required –
- The
form should be stamped & signed by the
proprietor.
- Photo
ID of the proprietor.
- Billing
Address proof of the firm in the form of any latest
paid DVB/ MTNL bill, Copy of the Allotment letter of
PAN Card, Copy of the Sales Tax Registration
Certificate or any other document issued only by
Govt. Authority as proof of billing.
- Photocopy
of the PAN CARD.
In
case of Partnership firm, following documents are
required –
- The
form should be stamped & signed by one of the
Partners.
- Photo
ID of the Partner signing the form.
- Billing
Address proof of the firm in the form of any latest
paid DVB/ MTNL bill, Copy of the Allotment letter of
PAN Card, Copy of the Sales Tax Registration
Certificate or any other document issued only by
Govt. Authority as proof of billing.
- Copy
of the Partnership deed.
- Photocopy
of the PAN CARD.
In
case of Private Ltd. firm, following documents are
required –
- The
form should be stamped & signed by the director.
- Photo
ID of the director.
- Billing
Address proof of the firm in the form of any latest
paid DVB/ MTNL bill, Copy of the Allotment letter of
PAN Card, Copy of the Sales Tax Registration
Certificate or any other document issued only by
Govt. Authority as proof of billing.
- Photocopy
of the PAN CARD of the Co.
- Copy
of the Memorandum – 1st, 2nd & last page
should be duly stamped & signed by the director.
- In
case the name of the director is not reflected in
the last page of the memorandum, Copy of Form 32 has
to be given along.
- In
case any other authorized signatory is signing the
documents, his authorization letter should be
attached along.
In
case of Limited. firm, following documents are required
–
- The
form should be stamped & signed by the director.
- Photo
ID of the director.
- Billing
Address proof of the firm in the form of any latest
paid DVB/ MTNL bill, Copy of the Allotment letter of
PAN Card, Copy of the Sales Tax Registration
Certificate or any other document issued only by
Govt. Authority as proof of billing.
- Photocopy
of the PAN CARD of the Co.
- Copy
of the Memorandum – 1st, 2nd
& last page should be duly stamped & signed
by the director.
- In

Note:-
In case of non-availability of PAN card Form-60
(available at Sanchaar Haat) is to be filed.
Payments:-
Payments can be made in cash or Bank Demand Draft in
favor of “MTNL Garuda 1x“ payable at Delhi
Customer Care: - Dial 1502
from MTNL Network (CDMA/GSM/PSTN) or 22221502 from any other network to reach Garuda Helpdesk
for any information and service related complaints.
Customers can also walk in any nearest Sanchar Haat.
