Dolphin
GSM (Dolphin) Post Paid connection to MTNL /BSNL/DOT employees (including retired employees)
Serving MTNL employees were offered One GSM Dolphin post paid connection with rental charges to be waived off for one year upto 31.03.2006 in Plan 'E' (Budget). The scheme remained effective from 16.3.2005 to 15.4.2005  and it was extended to BSNL and DOT employees as well as to the retired employees of these organizations.Approval of Competent authority is hereby conveyed for:
Waiving of the rental charge for these connections for another one year i.e upto 31.3.2007.
The scheme is opened again for one month from 1.3.2006 to 31.3.2006 to benefit the employees who have missed earlier to book the GSM Dolphin under this scheme at the same terms and conditions which are as under:
Activation charges Rs.250/- + Tax
Security deposit for STD and National Roaming (Rs.1000) Waived off
Tariff plan Budget (E)
Rent for One year @ Rs.100/- P.M  Waived off

LANDLINE TO DOLPHIN FOR NCR AREA UNDER SPECIAL CATEGORY 
For customers migrating from Delhi to NCR towns , MTNL offers GSM connection in lieu of surrender of landline in Delhi with following features:-
  • Activation charges-Free
  • Providing call transfer to 1954 service and announcing new GSM number of the customer.This facility will be FREE of charge for a period of one month.
  • Transfer of landline deposit , after adjusting outstanding to GSM account.
