Fixed
time international trunk calls
- Fixed
time calls are accepted minimum 2 hours before the required time of
connection (Except from PCOs where it can be accepted upto 15
minutes before required time. ) but not before 24 hours of the required time.
- Fixed
time trunk calls will be offered within 15 minutes of the required time. The
fixed time calls will not be carried over.

Other
than fixed time international calls
- Booking
valid upto next day of booking day.
- Calls
are given as soon as possible after the booking. A second attempt is
made within half to one hour of the first unsuccessful attempt.
- Third
and final attempt is set for the next day on the specific request of
customer at '187' Service.
- One
alternate called number can be tried if the call is not connected on the
first number.
