Notes:
1) Refundable Security (RS) along with
STD/ISD security if any will be refunded when the subscriber surrenders
his "GARUDA Connection" after adjusting any pending dues.
2) Plan A is for MTNL provided handset
& Plan B is for subscribers owned handset.
Terms and Conditions:
(i) Membership of club Garuda is
available only to subscribers of Garuda WLL - M service. A subscriber can
avail more than one membership.
(ii) The Club membership fee is
non-refundable.
(iii) A Club member who has opted for
monthly payment plan of membership fee will have to pay his balance fee
even if he chooses to surrender / close his Garuda connection or exit the
club Garuda before completing 2 years of membership for any reason.
(iv) If a member surrenders/ closes his
Garuda connection before completion of 2 years of membership period he
will have to return the CDMA handset given to him as a privilege of this
club and he shall cease to be a Club Garuda member.
(v) Two years warranty on the handset against a manufacturing defect.
(vi) Handset Loss/ Theft damage Beyond
Repair Handset; Handset Replacement
For premium membership:
a. If the handset given to a club member
is reported lost/ theft, the club member can get another handset
after payment of a Replacement charge of Rs 5250. The member should lodge
a FIR for the lost handset and submit to MTNL.
b. If the handset given to club member is
Damaged Beyond Repair , the club member can get another handset by payment
of a Replacement charge of Rs 5250 . He should however return the damaged
handset.
For Classic membership:
a. The Replacement charges for issuing
another handset in lieu of a lost/ theft handset shall be Rs 3600.
b. The Replacement charges for replacing
a Damaged-Beyond-Repair handset by another handset shall be Rs 3600.
(vii) As a promotional offer Data Cable
of the Kyocera 2235 model is supplied free of cost along with the handset
to Club Garuda Premium members.
