2. MODE OF PAYMENT
Cheques/DD should be made in favour of mtnl delhi dolphin. Please mention mobile no/ bill no/ contract no at the back of cheque /dd. No part payment/post dated cheque, out station cheque will be accepted.
3. DISPUTES
In case any charges are disputed in the bill the customer shall intimate Dolphin in writing within 2 days of the receipt of bill. In case of non-receipt of such information it shall be presumed that the charges have been fully accepted. The customer shall however pay all charges in full on or before the due date to be entitled him to raise any dispute. In case of any dispute the matter will be referred to the sole arbitration of concerned chief general manager or his nominee and will be governed by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996
4. DISCONNECTION
The company reserves the right to disconnect the services for non-payment of the bill by due date without any notice. Notwithstanding anything, contrary in turn bill in itself shall be deemed as notice for suspension of service in case payment is not made by due date. Rentals shall also be charged for the period of disconnection
5. RECONNECTION
Reconnection will be allowed only on payment of all dues. Reconnection charges of Rs. 100 would be charged. The rent of disconnection period is payable as per normal
rental applicable. If a subscriber does not get the mobile telephone reconnected within 90 days from the date of disconnection, the connection will be terminated and may not be restored thereafter, however Dolphin shall be entitled to recover its dues if any from the security deposited by the subscriber.
6. RETURNED CHEQUE/DEMAND DRAFT
Please ensure that the payment instrument is complete in all respects. In case of cheque dishonour, payment is to be made by cash only. The company may demand adequate extra deposits for any dishonored payment instrument and may also disconnect the services without any prior notice.
7. Detailed terms and Conditions contained in the agreement entered into at the time of Initial Subscription is applicable.
