No application fee & registration charge for Inet connection. There is no license fee for dial up connection.

Minimum subscription period shall be two months for all type of Inet connections

Initial deposits:- Inet connection shall be provided after ascertaining the feasibility of connection and payment of initial deposit.

There is no NUI charge, charge for change of password & charge for change of telephone no. in dial up access.

No duration charges (only for Domestic portion). Internet over Inet is free.

Dial up/1711 Access: Telephone Pulse rate is uniform, 180 sec. (independent of distance) PLUS Volume Charges.

Reconnection charge for dial up and leased access is Rs. 100/- & Rs. 150/- respectively.

CUG charge - Rs. 20 per member, Fast select call charge - Re .0.25 per call.

Bi-monthly charge for each additional logical channel, beyond three logical channels – Rs. 100/-.

Special facilities like, Abbreviated Dialing, Reverse Charge Acceptance, Charging Information, Fast select service: Rs. 50/- all four facilities, Rs. 25/- per facility. FACILITIES can be subscribed separately for a minimum period of two months.

Bi-monthly safe custody charges are 50% of port and modem rentals for lease access.

Shifting charges within same building would be 50% of prescribed installation and testing charges and in case of shifting other than the same building, full charges would be levied.

Minimum period of hire is two months for regular connections. Casual/temporary connection would also be provided to the customers for a period of thirty days but full bi-monthly rental would be levied for the port, modem rental. Installation and testing, security deposit, initial deposit would be charged as per regular connection.

Cancellation charge for I-Net connections are furnished below:-

1. Before release of Advice Note :- Nil

2. After release of Advice Note :- Equivalent to Installation & Testing charges mentioned at S.No 1 of above Table. (Advice Note is to be issued within 7 days of payment of Demand Note. If it is not feasible technically to provide the connection, the amount paid by the customer is to be refunded).

Line rentals shall be same as leased line rentals/voice band data circuit rentals.

International portion of volume charges:- Rs. 150 per Kseg irrespective of four slabs.

There are four time slabs i.e. 10 AM to 6 PM. as full rate time, 6 PM. to 9 PM.& 7 AM to 10 AM as half rate time , 9 PM to 7 AM as quarter rate time only for local & National calls.

Centralized registration with C.G.M. Data Networks for dial up connections is allowed. The password for the dial up connection shall be provided centrally against the attested copy of last paid telephone bill of the telephone connection against which the connection is desired.

Dedicated D/U: Rental for 16 port Dedicated Dialup PAD is Rs. 1,00,000/year PLUS Volume charges for X28 Dial-up. Installation charge is Rs. 10,000/- (one time non-re-fundable) minimum period of hire is one year.

Data Over Voice: All rates for 19.2 kbps service will apply irrespective of speed (2400 to 19200 bps) including the line rentals PLUS Charges for the Telephone connection on which DOV is extended

X32 Dial in/out: Tariff as applicable to X28 dialup and PSTN dial-out will apply. X32 charges will be extra if this option is along with X25 connection

The volume charge for private network is same as regular connection.

Volume of data is measured in a SEGMENT which is 64 bytes of information within a packet or a packet less than 64 bytes. The data exchanged in both the directions of a call are added for calculation of VOLUME CHARGES for the subscriber.

MINIMUM VOLUME CHARGES (in addition to rentals) depending on the type of access and speed are to be paid during each billing cycle.

No interest is paid on the deposits.
