- A.1 BIG BIT BENEFIT
For leased circuits
in high usage routes between Delhi and any of the following cities, the
discounts as shown in Table I shall be applicable. Discount will be applied
for whole of bandwidth of individual circuit.

The discount is applicable only
for long distance component between the cities of New Delhi , Mumbai, Kolkata ,
Chennai, Ahmedabad , Bangalore , Hyderabad , Noida, Gurgaon ,Pune,Faridabad ,
Nagpur, Coimbatore, Ernakulam , Vijayawada, Vishakhapattanam , Vadodara, Indore,
Kanpur, Ludhiana and all the state capitals and Union territories not covered
above.
Charges for leased line circuits are payable on quarterly basis , so the above
changes in discount scheme has been implemented w.e.f 11.05.2004.
The demand note for the advance rental shall be
issued after taking the discount into account . For the customers
who have opted for quarterly billing, discount may be applied pro-rate.
For the routes not covered
above, a discount as detailed in item No.A-2 below shall be applicable.
- CLUB BENEFITS:
A
percentage of the amount paid is given as a club benefit, if the total sum
of the amount paid during the financial year towards
the following bills exceeds the amount stated in the Table II below:
(i) The annual rental bills for the long distance segment of the leased
circuits, which have completed at least one year period of hire, and
(ii) All telephone bills paid including the post-paid cellular connections
from MTNL.
This benefit is to be claimed by the customer at the end of each financial year
(1st April to 31 st March)
based on the bills paid and the discount amount shall be
adjusted in the demand note payable towards the advance rentals for the
leased lines in the subsequent financial year. This benefit shall be offered
on the leased circuits, which have completed at least one-year period of
hire. This benefit is not applicable for the circuits for which discount has
already been given under item No A.I above.

Subject to the condition that the annual revenues from only the leased circuits
exceed Rs.15 Lakhs.
This discount is not on slab rate basis but
lump sum basis.
