In Outlook Express:

Go to Tools menu and select Accounts
Click on the "Mail" tab.
Press the "Add" button and select "Mail"
This will open up the account creation wizard.
Provide
Your Display name,Click Next
Your email address email-id@bol.net.in
Click Next
Incoming mail (POP3) server     pop.bol.net.in
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server  smtp.bol.net.in
Account Name
Your password
Select "Finish" to complete the account wizard.

Now again go to Tools menu and select Accounts
Click on the "Mail" tab. This will also show the new account
Click on the new account and then press the "Properties" button
This will open up the Properties dialog box
Choose the "Servers" tab
Near the bottom of this window
Click to select "My server requires Authentication"
Select "OK" to make this change
Select "Close" to close the Internet Accounts window.
