2. Casual/Temporary Connections for short period: Sanctioned for requirement of purely temporary nature. Sanction is given for six months at a time extendable upto 2/4 years by the competent authority. No waiting list is maintained. To be applied on plain paper at Area Customer Service Centre.

**  Only local calls within Delhi is allowed STD / ISD /95 calls barred.
#  STD will be provided by default in ‘One India Plan’ unless requested by subscriber otherwise.

Registration Charges	Rs. 500/-

Documents Required at the time of booking	a) Address proof: Attested copy of any of the following-Passport, latest paid telephone/Gas/water/electricity/Credit Card/House Tax Bills receipt, Allotment letter of accommodation issued by Estate Office of a Govt. Body, Income-Tax return, Election Card, Driving licence, Rent receipt/rent lease agreement./Notarized personal affidavit in Rs 10/- of non judicial stamp paper declaring address & profession of applicant. b) Documents required for proof of identity: Attested copy of any of the following:- Passport, Driving licence, Election Card issued by Election Commission of India, PAN Card. Any Govt. document containing photograph, identity card issued by Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/Recognized Institutions. OR  Self attested copy of above and present original document mentioned above for verification by the MTNL Official  at the  booking counter.    (c) The customers who are not able to produce the proof of address, can be allowed landline connection at the required address with the following documentation: i) An undertaking by the customer that he is in possession of the premises alongwith permanent address and contact number. ii) Customer be asked to give proof of his permanent address as mentioned above and this address be filled up in Item No.5 of the NTC form meant for address of correspondence and physical verification be done of the same as per usual/procedure. iii) The customers be also asked to fill up the working telephone number (of any operator) installed at his permanent address in Item No.3 of the NTC form and the customer service center should dial the number and confirm the name and address of the customer before accepting the form. iv)Proof of Identity is must and to be checked as above.
Rebate for wiring & instrument	A rebate of Rs. 250/- each will be given for customer owned instrument and customer owned internal wiring

STD/ISD Provisioning	Sanchar Haat will issue on line OB on request of customer after verifying the signatures from data base.  In case signatures are not captured in database then subscriber will bring or arrange to send self-attested photo copy of the Id proof (viz Passport, Driving Licence, PAN Card.) along with original.  The counter clerk  will verify the self attested photo copy with original and return the original after verification.
