ISDN PRI TARIFF
Free call allowance in segmented PRI.
The following
guidelines will be followed in respect of segmented and
growth plans of ISDN-PRI:
1. The
Security deposit and advance Monthly Service Charges
towards security deposit will not be charged in case of
segmented and growth plans. However, for existing
normal/general plans the security deposit/advance Monthly
Service Charges towards security deposit will continue
as per existing instructions.
2. The
Monthly Service Charges /committed usage for a
period of one month will be charged in advance and the
same will be non-refundable even if the customer
discontinue/surrender the services in the middle of the
concerned billing cycle.
3.
Bills will be
raised on monthly basis even in case of non-STD/ISD
connections.
4. Pool
Billing: arrangement for pool billing of all the ISDN-PRIs
terminated at one EPABX to be permitted.
5.
For franchisees
and ISPs only ‘General/Normal’ plan will be permissible.
6. Change
of tariff plan to be permitted.
7.
Missed calls
not to be charged.
8.
Metering starts
only after called party answers.
