switchover to other plans at later stage and
the existing subscriber in other plans will
also not be permitted to switchover to TriB

All the customers of Time-Based plans namely TriB TZ and TriB T10 should connect to Internet only through broadband dialer and disconnect the connection immediately after browsing. This is a must for the customers of Time-Based plans (i.e. Hours based plans) to ensure proper billing.

Reconnection of Broadband connection
In
case subscriber wants to reconnect his
Broadband connection, Registration charges
of Rs. 500/- , Modem initial deposit(at
present Rs. 500/-) will not be charged.
However, each time DSL CPE
installation
testing charges Rs. 300/- will be
charged.
Shifting
of Broadband from one Telephone number to
another
It has been decided by the Competent
authority that if both the telephone numbers
are working in the same name and at same
address, then shifting of Broadband from one
telephone number to another will be carried
out.
The
following procedure shall be adopted:
-
Two
work orders, one for closure of
Broadband on the first number & the
second for provisioning of Broadband on
the second number, will be generated.
-
An amount of Rs.100/- will be
charged as administrative charges as
being charged in case of shifting
of Broad band along with shift of
Telephone number.
