Plan conversion in Garuda FWT & Basic Plan
           
 To facilitate the MTNL Subscribers, it has been decided that :-

• Any subscriber of basic can change from their existing plan to any CDMA(FWT) plans and vice versa.

• Subscriber will have to continue in the new plan for the minimum period of six months.

•  No extra charge will be taken from the subscriber for this plan conversion.

•  The balance of security / dues etc. if any, against the old telephone of the customer shall be transferred to the new telephone number allotted to him.

• The tariff of the new plan will be applicable for the customer w.e.f. date of change of plan.

• The IT unit will make necessary provision of OB flow for the same.
